Mom used to make a dish that’d we’d go crazy over: fettuccine with crushed red pepper and spinach.

It sounds rather modest, but she’d sauté crushed red pepper in olive oil to release the spice, toss in fresh chopped spinach to cool it down, then gradually add the warm pasta allowing it to soak up the “juice”.

It was food infusion, long before it became all the rage.

This is our homage, done with 100% organic sprouted flour.

It still doesn’t beat Mom’s, but then nothing ever will.

For those who like a little heat, this pasta is right up your alley.

About 7 minutes to al dente then toss with your favorite olive oil and a little salt.

Wonderful on it’s own. Pair it with grilled chicken breast or shrimp…incredible.
