how we ship:
To ensure you receive the freshest bread possible, all orders received are baked the next morning and shipped via USPS 1-3 DAY PRIORITY MAIL.
We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday.
Orders received on Friday will be baked and shipped out on the following Monday.
Is it Friday and you're freaking out because you need it delivered tomorrow? No problem.
Give us a call or shoot us an email. We'll help figure it out and get you shipping quotes for overnight and/or Saturday delivery.
Unhappy with your order?
Did it arrive damaged? Look or taste funky? Did the dog get to it before you or swipe half of it off the table? Did the kids kick it, sit on it or tap dance on it? Did the doorman forget to bring it up to you so it just sat all weekend behind the desk? Did the delivery man go on vacation and his replacement wasn't quite so robust in his duties? Did you just not like it?
No problem. We'll fix it.
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Send us an email or give us a call. We'll happily replace it, help you find something else or refund your money. Whichever you prefer. Oh, and we'll never ask you to send it back to us. That's just weird.
Did your husband, wife, girlfriend or boyfriend eat it all before you got a chance to have any? Sorry, you're on your own with that one.
