You probably don’t know this, as we so rarely make it, but we make a KILLER carrot cake.
Pineapples, shredded carrot, coconut, pecans, raisins, and our organic sprouted flour combine to make an incredibly moist but not too sweet treat. Delicately swiped with a lightly sweetened cream cheese.
We really should make it more often. Maybe we’ll change that.
And, yes those are honest to goodness real chocolate mini eggs that we had shipped over from the UK. On a nest of shredded dried carrot, made in house. We simply had to….it looks adorable.
